The cowntdown to the Moolly’s arrival is on and our friends in Grande Prairie just can’t wait! They’ve alraedy kicked off the Milk it for Mully campaign, collecting cleaned and crushed milk cartons to raise funds for a borehole at MCF to help provide clean drinking and irrigation water to help them get throug the current drought. This will be the fifth borehole that Canadians have generously supplied to help MCF respond to the drought. I love Canadians!!
Natasha Harms and her fearless committee of volunteers have blanketed the Grande Prairie community and it seems like the whole city is on board – schools, churchs, Starbucks and McDonald’s have all signed up to donate their clean and crushed milk cartons to help raise funds for MCF. So beef up at McDonald’s and grab some calfeine at Starbucks and know you’re making a difference!
Check out their udderly fantastic blog for more information and to see their fantastic promo video… I laughed, I cried, I considered shipping my milk cartons out to Grande Prairie! Big thanks to Natasha Harms and the Milk it for Mully team – you are grazy! And we like it!
